These are terms and conditions subject to which you may use the website; www.merchant-taylors-york.org (“MTY.ORG”) provided by The Merchant Taylors in the City of York (“MTY”) and the Web Developer and Web Hosting company Chapter Eight Ltd (“C8”)

All information will be kept as confidential and as secure as possible through the use of “C8” secure server software. The information can only be exchanged between you, “MTY” and any third party to whom “MTY” decides to transfer the information to for the purposes above.

“MTY” has security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information which you have given to “MTY” to prevent unauthorised access.
